Sagging Breast

Sagging Breast

Breast Ptosis, or Sagging breast is a natural part of aging but with a proper fitted bra and lift you can achieve perky breasts no matter what the age! The first thing, you want to make sure you are wearing the correct band size. If the band size is too big the weight of your breast will pull down on the front of your bra causing sagging and discomfort. If your in a properly fitted bra, and you still have sagging, chances are its time for a new bra. Most bras only last six to nine months with the proper care. Aside from having the wrong size bra, wearing an older bra that is stretched and worn will become weak and no longer offer the same support it once did. To keep your bras and all other intimates fresh, clean and vibrant use our Lingerie Care Guide for more tips.

Solution for Sagging Breast ?

Although sagging breast is a part of aging, there is a fix. While some solutions can be qutie costly, others are as easy as new workout exercise. Below are some common solutions for preventing and reducing sagging breasts.

If your bra can’t support your lower-hanging chest, it may be time to switch to a full cup bra. This isn’t a permanent solution, as any bra will eventually get worn down and need to be replaced, but a full cup bra will offer you more support and help to keep the girls up. Underwire bras will help hold you up, as well.

Another solution to help prevent breast sagging is exercising the pectoral muscles. The Pectoral muscles which support the chest, can provide lift to the breast area. This lift can enhance the look of your breasts in addition to shaping your torso. Exersises including push-ups, weight training and yoga can even strengthen the pectoral muscles and provide lift for sagging breasts.

Breast Augmentation Surgery is another way to reduce sagging breasts. Breast Augmentation surgery is a surgical procedure that involves using breast implants or fat transfer to increase the size of your breasts. Breast Augmentation can also help restore breast volume lost after weight reduction, or pregnancy to achieve a more rounded breast shape or improve breast size asymmetry.
