Your purchase doesn't comfort your every last curve? No worries, Hourglass Lingerie offers returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Fill out the return form included with your package. For exchanges, you must fill out the bottom portion of the return form. If you are unable to find the enclosed return form, or need a new one, you can print one out Click Here. All items must be returned in clean, like new condition with tags still attached.

Refunds can only be processed to the original credit card used. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned package. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to appear on your statement once processed.

We cannot guarantee items requested for exchange will be in stock. We will contact you if your requested items are no longer available by the manufacturer, or are on backorder. If the exchange is less than the original sale, then you will be refunded back to the original method of payment. If the exchange is more than the original sale, we will contact you for payment to complete the exchange. When sending back a item for exchange, please include the size, style and color you wish to exchange for.

All customers are responsible for shipping charges of any kind for any items sent back to Hourglass Lingerie. However, if you would like to exchange for a new item, Hourglass Lingerie will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange, once your return has been received.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at 443-869-5324 or email us at info@hourglasslingerie.net. Customers must report the problem within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.

• All in-store sales are non-refundable.  They are eligible for exchange only OR store credit within 30 days of original purchase.  Item(s) must be returned in unused, resalable condition with tags still attached.  No exceptions!
• All lingerie, Boomba, Glamory, Rago, longline/bridal and clearance items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
• All ordered items must be paid in full before ordering.  Items may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to come into the store.

Special order items that are not a store stock item ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE.

Hourglass Lingerie will send you a shipping conformation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping conformation email with a tracking number for every shipment.

We process orders and ship packages Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. We will contact you if your order item is out of stock.

Priority (Two Day) and Express (Next Day) orders must be submitted by 3:00 P.M. EST. If the order is placed before 3:00 P.M. EST then you can use the charts below to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 3:00 P.M. EST then add one additional business day.

Hourglass Lingerie offers Shipsurance Discount insurance for all International orders except on orders shipped to Russia and Canada. All International orders are subject to customs and duty and are the responsibility of the customer.
