How to Know When the Problem is Solved
After reading all of this good information, you may be asking yourself how to know when your band is fitting properly on your back. For the band to be fitted properly, it should fit comfortably around your torso, right under your shoulder blades and parallel to the floor. It also should be a snug fit, but loose enough that two fingers can slide between the band and your skin comfortably. The bra should be able to pass this test with the clasp on the loosest position. This is so you can gradually tighten it as it grows older and stretches. If you have to clasp it on the tightest position, it’s likely that it’s time to buy a new bra.
